2. Refunds:
– All payments made for services rendered are non-refundable.

3. Early Termination Fee:
– Should the client choose to terminate the agreement prematurely, an early termination fee of $1500 will be charged. Additionally, for agreements of 3 months or longer, the client will be responsible for payment of the remaining months not honored.

4. Confidentiality:
– Perge Domine Inc. agrees not to share any results or proprietary information with other organizations without the explicit consent of the client.

5. Ownership of Work:
– All work completed by Perge Domine Inc., including ads and marketing materials, is the exclusive property of the client, except for any work involving AI capabilities, which remains the property of Perge Domine Inc.

6. Cancellation Policy:
– Month-to-month subscriptions require a 30-day written notice for cancellation. Failure to provide such notice will result in a $1500 cancellation fee.
